RE-STORE @ Glorietta

Our hearts are full! What an amazing 2 weeks it has been, filling Glorietta with goodness and love. Our enormous thanks to the 21 merchants who donated all sorts of good stuff and all our shoppers who swung by to buy gifts that support good causes from December 1-14, 2017.

What's more? We introduced Creating Good, a weekend workshop series at Re-Store. It was back to back weekends of inspiration, learning, and creating art for good. Grateful for Louise, Kat of Designers Crib, Martine of Make It Blissful and Tish of WhyKnotCraft. for sharing their skills to make a difference. ♡

Colossal credit and thanks to the all those who chipped in to bring this idea to life! Glorietta for the space, Purveyr, Click the City, Life+Style+Justice and WhenInManila.com for helping us spread the word. We love the watercolor posters by the talented Allie of The Four Eyed Wonder, printed by Printsonalities. Heart eyes for days!

A special shout out to our 2K Facebook followers! Our community wouldn't be what it is today without your support, and for that we thank you. ✨

Rounding up the numbers

At the core of the success of Re-store is the collaboration among a lot of people – partners, merchants, NGO leaders, and, of course YOU.

Through our collective efforts, we raised almost 125,000 for 5 causes! This is insane! Our inventory is wiped out! The furniture from Heima was a hit! So were the plant boxes from MNL Growkits as well as the maps from Daydream Republic. The kids love the tattoos from Tattooie and stickers from Cassy Kicks!

Who knew shopping can be this good!?

To get the ball rolling and cover expenses in the future, we are investing 20% of the net proceeds back to Re-Store so we can amplify our impact. Historically, organizers have to shell out money to cover prepaid expenses such as venue related charges and logistics costs. We don't want them to carry that burden.

Now, let’s slice the pie.

*Where were the proceeds used? Check back at our website to get updates. We'll be posting reports often.

Good things ahead

2017 has been a whirlwind of positive energy and love. It has been a crazy-fun year launching Re-Store from scratch, poppin' up from one place to another, figuring out what works (and what doesn't!) and meeting so many amazing, kind-hearted people like you.

We look back at the past 12 months with amusement at how everything eventually connects. We're pressing pause to celebrate the holidays and our victories.

Big changes are coming this 2018. We'll be back with a rekindled sense of purpose, a new initiative and a rebranded Clover Hartly (so no one would come looking for our dog! LOL).

There’s so much more news to come so check back at our website through the coming months to stay updated! Better yet, follow us on social media – we’re @cloverhartly on both Facebook and Instagram... for now!

Happy holidays!!! Sending love and light this Christmas.

ABOUT THE HOST

To Create Good, one does not need to look further from what one already has - what we have can easily be something others can have too.

Create Good's initiatives are spurred by the act of reusing and repurposing existing, pre-owned goods with the aim of sending a resounding and relevant message that urges this generation redefine how we can create good.
